Since I just did what I swore I would never do- make this blog about me- I will attempt to amend for it by doing a quick fashion post....

The following photographs were taken at various fashion weeks this past month! These were some of my favorite looks... from the runways to the streets!

The London Life- Part II

It has been a while since I've updated my blog, but I have decided that I no longer have any excuse to avoid posting. Since my arrival in the UK, I have been traveling, eating, and partying excessively- meaning that my priorities have shifted and I have, to some degree, lost track of what is important to me: fashion. While I by no means have lost my passion, I have just been distracted by British culture as a whole... British magazines, British boys, British food. Name it- I've tried it. Furthermore, my cultural experiences have not been limited to England... since my arrival in Europe I have been fortunate enough to venture to Ireland, Holland, and Germany. While I took a particular liking to Amsterdam, and not for the reasons you may think, I have enjoyed all of the cities I have been to thus far. I am particularly excited for my trip to Stockholm this weekend! I'll keep you posted. No more slacking!!

Below are some memorable meals, events, and activities that are better expressed in film than they are in words!

Holding up my two free beers at the Heineken Brewery in Amsterdam!

One of my many delicious breakfasts on our Berlin and Amsterdam trip!

My reincarnation of our beautiful breakfasts!

My cheese dinner at a cool wine bar in Berlin

Another amazing breakfast...

My birthday dinner at the Greedy Cow... where I had delicious salmon, although their speciality is exotic burgers!

Post-birthday dinner drinks at Paramount, a swanky bar in central London where there are 360 degree views of the city. An absolutely amazing experience!

I have been in London for the past two weeks and let me just say, this city has been treating me very well. Other than the treacherous weather (and by treacherous, I mean the snowy downpour), I have had the opportunity to do quite a bit of exploring.

Sites visited this week:
     - Zoo Club (Monday evening)- Leiscter Square
     - Harrod's and its famous Tea Room (Wednesday)
     - Funky Buddha (Wednesday evening)- May Fair
     - V&A Museum and the Hollywood Costume Exhibit (Friday)- South Kensington
     - Covent Garden Market and Henry's Cafe and Bar (Friday evening)
     - Borough Market (Saturday morning)

Top Picks of the week:
V&A Hollywood Costume Exhibit:
- Costumes from: Atonement, Indiana Jones, Bourne Identity, Star Wars, The Queen, Breakfast           at Tiffany's, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Wizard of Oz, Batman, and many more epic films.
Borough Market:
- Many vendors serving a wide variety of foods and many a samples!! (I ordered some fresh salad served with delish humus for 3 pounds!)
- If the weather was just a bit better, the market would have been wonderful!

We saw the beautiful gown worn by Kirsten Dunst in Marie Antoinette

A view of the outside of Borough Market, as well as a cute flower shop! I'm always drawn to the cool colors and the fact that they are able to grow flowers in the first place, given the weather and such!

While I have only been in London for the a little bit over a week, I honestly couldn't feel more at home or inspired. Every where I turn I spot a cool street vendor, a chic boutique, a bountiful heap of pastries, etc.

This is just a quick sample of what is to come!

Greedy Cow Girl's Dinner- Mile End, London.

I don't have to tell you what this is!
