I have been in Philadelphia for the past couple of weeks adapting to the East Coast and exploring the suburbs. One thing that I've realized is that summer style in Dallas is a far cry from the style here. Dallas, quintessentially WASPy ( think Big Rich Texas, DALLAS), and Philadelphia, the opposite (Pretty Little Liars etc.) both show drastically different takes on trendy. Here, in PA, preppy luxe with a casual twist (jean shorts and blazers, riding boots and neck scarves) makes Dallas look outdated ( pastels, bikinis, leggings, etc.). No matter what your style is, and no matter where in the world you are, there are many ways to look chic.
